Robert’s modern diploma frame is crafted from a highest quality rift sawn white oak veneered panel trimmed seamlessly in solid white oak hardwood with perfectly chamfered edges. Rift sawn white oak is cherished by furniture makers and designers for it beautiful deep straight grain. Robert uses the highest quality .220 thick ultra clear acrylic with edges chamfered by hand. The acrylic is shatter and UV resistant. Hanging hardware is installed on the rear of the Modern Diploma Frame.

Robert Wolfkill is a fine furniture maker/ designer creating one of a kind work from his studio near Palm Beach Florida. The Modern Diploma Frame is one of his original designs. Finishing Options
Ebonized Oak Finish -Beautiful black tone with some natural oak undertones. Robert uses an “old world” technique which reacts with the tannins naturally found inside oak to them the timber a glorious ebony tone but preserves all of the character of the wood.
Natural Oak Finish-Beautiful amber tone with all of the character and grain of the oak on center stage. Robert uses no magic here, your timber is only sealed with shellac and lacquer to highlight the beautiful tone, grain and character of the timber.
Navy Blue Finish– By popular demand, Robert will paint your timber navy blue (gloss) to coordinate your school colors. The beautiful deep straight grin of the oak can still be seen underneath. Robert finishes each Modern Diploma Frame by hand with shellac and lacquer.
