Robert Wolfkill is a fine furniture designer and maker creating one of a kind pieces from his studio in the foothills of the Blue ridge Mountains in Ball Ground GA.
If you follow my work you know I rarely have my Pistol Display Case in stock. They are normally made to order and wait time is 4-8 weeks depending on order volume. This case was made with my last batch of orders and is available for immediate delivery.

The handsome golden select American Ash is immediately evident. I chose brass hardware to compliment the tone of the wood. The hardware is the finest available, imported from Ireland and made in small batches. The case is made for a full sized 1911 Government model pistol and has green felt lining the pistol outline and padding the underside of the pistol.

Here is more about this amazing case:
My goal in designing this handcrafted pistol display case was for it to become a treasured keepsake. As a classically trained furniture maker, I use old world techniques to craft each pistol display case to order. Sixteen tenons are used to construct the carcass of the case. No detail is overlooked including hand carved legs, chamfered edges, mortised glass top, cove molding, fully mortised concealed high quality SOSS hinges and the finest highly polished brass
locking mechanism imported from Ireland. The interior received a mortise cut to the exact dimensions of a 1911 pistol and trimmed in premium green felt. I finished the case with several coats of an oil-wax blend applied and buffed by hand!
