The Solstice Side Table is constructed from select Ash harvested from Rockport Maine with Walnut accents. The table was designed for functionality, beauty and aesthetics. The unique bent wood design allows the table base to slide under your sofa or chair so that the top can be positioned close to it’s user. Craftsmanship is immediately evident upon viewing the quality of the table and hand-cut joinery. The bottom of the base counter-weighted with etched solid brass rods which are mortised into the ash. The table is shaped and sanded by hand and then sealed with several coats of a varnish that protects the piece from hot and cold beverages
